If you are looking to upgrade or update your account, please contact one of the team. You can do this by reaching out to your account manager that contacted you when you signed up. Alternatively you can go onto the MM App Settings and click contact us. This will direct you to our Facebook Live Chat, where one of the team can work with you to update your Account Settings.

When you’re looking for profitable items, we understand how important it is that you don’t miss a single listing. Occasionally you may find we miss a listing. When this happens you can follow these steps.
Ensure sure the listing is within your Max/Min Price
Ensure the listing is within your Set Radius
Ensure the listing was posted recently and within your selected operating window (12 hour, 15 hour, 24 hour etc)
Check your anti keywords to ensure the Listing Title hasn’t been filtered for an anti keyword (broken, damaged etc)
Check your Blocked Sellers/Locations & make sure you dont have the seller or location blocked
Check your Enforced Keywords, if you have enforced keywords on, the Listing Title MUST feature AT LEAST ONE Enforced Keyword or it will NOT be shown
If you’ve checked all of these and still think we’ve missed a listing, please contact us and send us the
exact listing URL
to allow us to troubleshoot and identify why it wasn’t shown

If while using the Marketplace Monitor App, you find you’re seeing listings on your results, but not being notified, please follow the following steps.
Go into your phone notifications settings and ensure notifications are turned on for MM
Go onto your MM app and ensure the notifications toggle is set to on (blue = on)
If this issue persists after checking this then follow these steps.
On the MM App, toggle the notifications from on>off>on
Log out and log back in to the MM App

It has happened to us all, when you forget that completely memorable password you made up 3 months ago… If you find you forget your Marketplace Monitor Password, do not stress. Simply follow these steps to reset your Password
Click “Forgot password?”
Type in your account email address and click “send link”
Check your email inbox & spam for an email to reset password
Follow the link to reset your password
Type & Confirm your new Password
Head back to Marketplace Monitor to Login with your new password

One of the key features of Marketplace Monitor are its Anti Keywords. These can be used for multiple reasons such as:
Filtering out irrelevant listings
Excluding certain item types
Excluding certain conditions or colours
An example of this is if I’m looking for iPhone 13’s and I’m seeing Samsung Phones. I can add “Samsung” as an Anti Keyword. If I’m seeing iPhone XR’s. I can add XR as an anti keyword. Lastly, if I don’t want to see locked, damaged or cracked iPhones, I can add “locked, damaged & cracked” as anti keywords.
This means if any of these terms appear in the Listing Title, they will be filtered and wont be displayed on your MM Results.

Similar to Anti Keywords, Enforced keywords can be used to greatly declutter your results feed. If no enforced keywords are entered - this is ok. It just means that a greater number of listings will be shown to you. If you do enter enforced keywords, at least one Enforced Keyword MUST feature in the Listing Title for the listing to be displayed on your results. To best use enforced keywords, please follow these steps.
Identify what exactly you’re looking to find with your Saved Search
If you’re looking for iPhones, make sure that you use as many variations of iPhone as you can think of, as sellers are prone to mistyping their listing. An example of this would be adding enforced keywords of “iPhone, i Phone, i-Phone, iPhones, i Phones, i-Phones etc”
This can take a bit of getting used to, but it is
VERY
effective at narrowing down your results to show you only relevant listings and reducing spam.

Occasionally when using Marketplace Monitor you may find it directs you to the Facebook website instead of the Facebook app. When this happens, it's very simple to revert these settings and have listings opening on the Facebook App again. Simply follow these steps.
On Safari, go to https://app.marketplacemonitor.co.uk
Login to your account
Go to your results and find a Facebook listing
Press and hold the listing until you’re given a set of options.
Select “Open in FB App”
Go back to your MM App and all listings should now open in the FB App

When using Marketplace Monitor it’s important to be logged into your Personal Facebook Account. If you’re logged in to your Meta Business Page in the Facebook App, you will encounter the “listing does not exist” bug. This is when you click on a Marketplace Monitor Listing and it takes you to an error screen on Facebook with the message “Listing does not exist” When this happens, follow these steps.
Go onto the Facebook App
On the bottom right of the screen click on your profile icon
You’ll be taken to a menu where you can see which account your currently logged in on
Please ensure you’re logged into your personal account as FB Marketplace is not available when logged in on a Meta Business Account
Once logged into your personal account, you’ll be able to go back to Marketplace Monitor and select any FB listing and be directed to that listing.

As resellers, it’s important that you see as little spam as possible to save you time and allow you to snipe the best deals. Sometimes persistent sellers in your area can clog your feed and there may be a few locations you’d rather not travel to. When this happens you can use the Block Seller/Location feature. This can be done by following these steps.
On the Marketplace Monitor App, head to your results screen
When on the results screen, find the listing from the buyer or location you’d like to block
Under the listing image you’ll see the options to “Block Seller” or “Block Location”
Simply click the one you’d like to block and you’ll never see a post from that seller or location again!
Now sometimes you may accidentally block someone or a location. It’s very easy to unblock someone when you’ve accidentally blocked them
Go onto your Marketplace Monitor App
Click on “Settings”
Click on “Blocked Sellers/Locations"
Identify the blocked seller or location
Click the “revert” button to unblock the selected seller/location

We search marketplaces with your desired search terms in your chosen location. We only search for the newest listings posted, meaning you will no longer need to see listings posted days ago. Our algorithm detects likely spam or irrelevant listings, decluttering your results page. We filter for your price range, blocked sellers and locations, and any additional filtering (e.g. no leather couches, or no brown couches etc), before showing you the results. All of this is done in seconds, meaning you do not need to sacrifice speed to optimise your results.

Our algorithm auto detects listings that are likely to be from spam sellers, or that are irrelevant for your chosen search terms. We also offer the option for additional filtering for words of your choice. For example, if you do not want leather couches then we can filter for ‘leather’, and any listing with ‘leather’ in the title will be ignored. This can be done with any word, not just ‘leather’. As part of our desire to help you get the best out of Marketplace Monitor, your account manager will follow up and recommend some anti-keywords to add for your specific monitoring.

Please ensure this is 1 day before your subscription is due to renew, otherwise we cannot guarantee a cancellation in time. When cancelled, your subscription will continue to run until the end of the subscription period. No refunds will be given.
