  • Purchase a package using our pricing page which includes a 7 day free trial or send us an email at marketplacemonitor@nextedgesolutions.co.uk to start your free trial. We will ask for some information such as the search terms you want to monitor and your desired price range. After that, we will start monitoring for you!

  • We have a personalised approach for all of our customers. A free setup call and follow ups from your account manager are included in your plan. We recommend any changes that we believe would be beneficial, such as a new or different search term. Additionally, we can do extra filtering for specific items you do not like. A common one is leather couches: occasionally we meet couch flippers who do not want to deal with leather couches. We can add additional filtering to help remove these from your feed (or other item).

  • Our application is available on the App Store, Google Play or online. This is available on any device. If you do not have an account yet, you will need to create an account. You can see some key information about the monitoring we are doing for you on your Home page. On the Results page, you can see all of the newest results from all of the marketplaces, as they get posted!

  • We search marketplaces with your desired search terms in your chosen location. We only search for the newest listings posted, meaning you will no longer need to see listings posted days ago. Our algorithm detects likely spam or irrelevant listings, decluttering your results page. We filter for your price range, blocked sellers and locations, and any additional filtering (e.g. no leather couches, or no brown couches etc), before showing you the results. All of this is done in seconds, meaning you do not need to sacrifice speed to optimise your results.

  • Our algorithm auto detects listings that are likely to be from spam sellers, or that are irrelevant for your chosen search terms. We also offer the option for additional filtering for words of your choice. For example, if you do not want leather couches then we can filter for ‘leather’, and any listing with ‘leather’ in the title will be ignored. This can be done with any word, not just ‘leather’. As part of our desire to help you get the best out of Marketplace Monitor, your account manager will follow up and recommend some anti-keywords to add for your specific monitoring.

  • If there’s anything you’d like to change, send a message to your account manager, or to marketplacemonitor@nextedgesolutions.co.uk, and we will get it done for you ASAP.

  • For the US, we offer the following sites: FB Marketplace, Craigslist, Offerup, Depop, and Vinted

    For the UK, we offer the following sites: FB Marketplace, Gumtree, Depop, Vinted, and Autotrader.

    If a site you were looking for is not offered, please contact us and we will try our best to add it!

  • We are always on hand to help. If you already have an account manager, then feel free to schedule a call with them to get some advice and tips on how to get the best out of Marketplace Monitor. If you do not yet have an account manager, then email us at marketplacemonitor@nextedgesolutions.co.uk and we can arrange a time to call, or answer your queries through email!

  • We try our best to filter out all listings from spam sellers, however some listings may slip through. You can use the ‘block seller’ function to never see a listing from that specific seller again.

  • We limit our search radius to the city you are in, however maybe there is an area that is too difficult to get to, or the traffic there makes it not worth your time. Simply use the ‘block location’ button to block that specific location, and never see listings from there again.

  • You can do exactly this using our favorite listing feature. On the top right of each listing is a small gray ‘heart’ icon. Click this to favorite the listing. Then, on filters select ‘favorited’ to see all of the listings you have favorited.

  • Currently we offer notifications by Discord webhook, with email notification support coming soon. If you send us your webhook for your Discord channel (if you do not know how to do this, we can support), then we can ensure all new listings found are sent into your channel.

  • Send your account manager a message or email us at marketplacemonitor@nextedgesolutions.co.uk and we will cancel your subscription. Please ensure this is 1 day before your subscription is due to renew, otherwise we cannot guarantee a cancellation in time. When canceled, your subscription will continue to run until the end of the subscription period. No refunds will be given.
